More than just numbers
A career in accountancy is about more than just numbers, it's a dynamic, challenging and rewarding career. It really could open up more doors than you could possibly imagine.
It’s not just someone sitting behind a desk crunching numbers on a spreadsheet. You will build a depth of knowledge in lots of different sectors and business types which will help you to provide a perspective on businesses that not many others can.
Accountancy qualifications are recognised throughout the world and can lead to so much more.
In fact 1 in 5 CEO's of FTSE 100 firms started their careers as accountants.
Mick Jagger went to university to become an accountant. He may not have used his accountancy skills to get where he is in his music career but it goes to show that accountants are definitely not boring.
