We are pleased to announce that Chantelle Rogers was appointed HR Manager on 1st October 2019.
Chantelle joined the practice in 2013 as a trainee HR professional. Supported by Forrester Boyd, she went on to obtain an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Hull in March 2017. Chantelle is solely responsible for the firms HR function which spans across all offices of Forrester Boyd and FB Wealth Management. The role encompasses all things ‘HR’ including general HR strategy, performance management, training and development, recruitment and retention, pay and reward and overall personnel management.
Chantelle is currently embarking on achieving a specialist paralegal qualification in Employment Law to further cement her knowledge in this area.
Chantelle loves her holidays abroad and spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys jogging, circuits and also plays for the Forrester Boyd netball team.
