Chantelle RogersHR Manager
Chantelle studied A levels at Tollbar Academy before going on to achieve an English degree from Sheffield Hallam University. Chantelle joined Forrester Boyd in 2013 as a HR Assistant. Supported by Forrester Boyd, Chantelle went on to obtain an MSc in Human Resource Management from Hull University in March 2017. She became solely responsible for Forrester Boyd’s HR function later that year. Chantelle’s role across the firm encompasses all things ‘HR’, including the general HR strategy, performance management, training and development, recruitment and retention, pay and rewards and overall personnel management.
