Forrester Boyd, one of the region’s largest accountancy firms with offices covering both banks of the Humber is delighted to see one of its trainee accountants join the steering group of the Bondholders Young Talent Network (YTN).
Forrester Boyd has a strong ethos of staff support and development and this appointment reinforces that message across the firm and the region. Phoebe Cranmer is a trainee accountant based in the firms Grimsby office. She is in her 4th year of study and is preparing herself for her final exams. Phoebe has thrown herself into her career whole heartedly and is a solid brand ambassador for not only Forrester Boyd but also for career opportunities in accountancy and professional services in the region. A regular vlogger for the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) Phoebe showcases the accountancy profession as a great career choice and is a firm advocate of looking at your home town for career opportunities before considering heading off to the big cities.
Forrester Boyd, a major partner of the Bondholders, was asked to get involved in the Young Talent Network and to nominate someone to represent not only the firm, but to give a voice for the South Bank of the Humber on the YTN’s steering group.
With Phoebe’s track record of vlogging and attending schools and colleges in the area to promote local careers, she was a great choice when it came to the steering group. This is a fantastic opportunity for Phoebe to not only start to make some solid connections with other young professionals in the region but to work with the steering group and members of the YTN to give a voice to the future stars of business and ensure they can feed into the regional growth strategy.
