Corporate Tax Senior Manager
I qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor in 2019, after starting my career in tax in 2016.
My main focus has been on Corporate Tax, and I enjoy working with owner managed businesses in a variety of industries to help them structure their business effectively. This includes tax planning and business reconstructions, as well as tax reliefs such as Capital Allowances and Research and Development Tax Credits.
I joined Forrester Boyd in 2024, and provide tax support across all of our offices.
Interests
I enjoy getting away on camping trips, especially to Cornwall for surfing; looking forward to taking my daughter on her first camping trip soon. Ever since buying my first house I have enjoyed DIY projects, which has since grown into an interest in 3D printing, building computers, and most recently robotics. At the weekend you’ll often find me outside feeding friends and family at the BBQ or pizza oven (yes, even in the winter).
If you weren’t an accountant, what would you be?
My career in tax started after a short-lived time as a Maths Teacher. If I weren’t in tax, perhaps I would still be teaching.
