I love the variety of my role as a HR Generalist, no two days are the same—one moment I could be hiring a new team member, the next handling an exit process, reviewing staff progression plans, coordinating development opportunities, or addressing employee relations, all while ensuring compliance and encouraging a positive workplace culture.
Interests
I am proud Mummy to my two young daughters and I love nothing more than a family holiday and fun days out. A true food lover and self-confessed chocoholic, I balance my indulgence by keeping active with running and circuit training.
If you weren’t working in HR, what would you do?
The dream job would be to be a luxury travel critic/ blogger. How much fun would that be!
