Forrester Boyd and Wilkin Chapman Rollits are taking part in this fantastic fundraising challenge. Taking place on Tuesday 3rd March at 7pm, we would love you to be part of this event.

Diners will experience a gastronomic 3-course meal, cooked and delivered by teams from Forrester Boyd and Wilkin Chapman Rollits.

Our amateur chefs and front-of-house staff will provide you with a one-off dining experience in this beautiful and intimate setting.

Our teams will be completely out of their normal comfort zones, but the ultimate aim is to deliver you with an experience that you are happy to pay for.

As you may have guessed by the name, this is a fundraiser.

The two teams will be battling it out to try and impress you with their hospitality and food. It is up to you how much you think that is worth. We ask at the end of the meal that you donate what you feel the experience was worth. All the proceeds from the evening will go to the The Bradbury Foundation.

The team that is scored the highest by our guests will be victorious.

There will also be prizes for the best chef, and best front-of-house along with the odd surprise along the way.

Event Details

The Samphire Restaurant in Grimsby has a passion for local, seasonal produce.

It is the real-life, fully equipped training restaurant of the Grimsby Institute where Trainee chefs make the most of the greatest ingredients Lincolnshire has to offer, including fantastic seafood fresh from the famous docks.
