The firm’s HR Service has grown over the last ten years to incorporate a bespoke recruitment service, as well as specialist professional advice and deals not only with Forrester Boyd’s requirements but also delivers the service to a wide diverse range of clients.

The service is led and delivered by our CIPD professional, Lesley Morrison, who is an experienced and fully qualified HR practitioner who continuously updates her specialist knowledge and understanding of the legal and procedural matters that affect HR. The team has recently been extended to incorporate a further HR professional and HR Assistant who are experienced in all aspects of HR.

Integrating the HR & recruitment service with our other service options allows our highly skilled professionals to liaise with each other freely to ensure you receive a bespoke personal service with minimal input and work from you.

Forrester Boyd’s recruitment and selection service takes away the burden of staff recruitment from the advertising of the position, through to screening and even interviewing. We have the HR expertise to find the right person for the right position.

Our main area of expertise is the recruitment of financial staff from a bookkeeper to financial director, but we can also help recruit for support roles such as secretarial, administration, human resources and IT.

We are not an employment agency with candidates on our books actively seeking temporary or permanent roles. We operate on a unique assignment basis, which means that when we undertake our recruitment service it is tailored to meet your individual requirements. Your involvement can be as little as the initial meeting with our HR Manager and the final selection of the candidate.
