Neil Ellis

Neil joined Forrester Boyd in 1972. Five years later he qualified and in 1985 became a partner.  In addition to his role as partner he is also the Chairman of the Practice and is also responsible, amongst other things, for ensuring the quality of the firm’s work is maintained as the firm's Practice Assurance Partner.

Neil has a vast amount of experience with family businesses of all sizes and the challenges and dynamics that often face family run organisations. He enjoys the variety of work this brings him and gets particular satisfaction helping his clients grow their businesses, restructuring MBO’s and exit strategies.

If you ask his clients, they would say that Neil often brings a different angle to tackling their business problems and situations … plus he’s great at implementing strategies to save tax!
