Mike Beckett
Mike was appointed as a partner of Forrester Boyd in October 2008. He has been with the practice since 2003 after working for an international accountancy firm in Leeds.
Mike’s client portfolio is largely made up of small through to large private companies and includes a number of UK based subsidiaries of International Groups.
Mike, who is a member of the UK200Group Corporate Finance Panel, is also responsible for the corporate finance work across the partnership covering the following specialist services:
• business disposals
• mergers and acquisitions
• management buy-outs and buy-ins
• financial and tax due diligence
• business/share valuations
• raising finance.
In his spare time Mike is a season ticket holder at Leeds United and a keen cycling enthusiast.
