Client Focus – Totem Training

For the last 15 years Craig Collinson has been helping local organisations develop their people and businesses as a professional trainer. In April 2008 he decided to set up on his own and formed Louth based Totem Training Ltd.

The great success that the business has achieved over its first year has come from the understanding of the importance of the
basics – striving always to exceed expectations and delivering a consistently high level of customer care.

Totem Training Ltd has even managed to expand its services to clients. In addition to the range of individually tailored training sessions and programme, team building and conference support it offers, last year, Craig achieved a long held goal when he became a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnotherapy.

Having seen the business benefits, existing clients are continuing to invest in its services, this together with a consistent and friendly approach to marketing means that the year ahead is shaping up to be even busier for the company. In January 2009 with business growing rapidly the decision was taken that Craig’s wife Pam should leave her full time employment in human resources and take on the day to day running of Totem Training Ltd.
