Our History

Forrester Boyd was formed in 1935 by the merger of two North Lincolnshire partnerships. Since then, the practice has established itself as one of Lincolnshire’s largest, most reputable chartered accountancy practices.

With 14 partners and over 150 staff across three offices in Grimsby, Louth and Scunthorpe we are proud to have retained our culture, identity and independence. Today, as well as our local clients in the East of England, we also have clients based all over the UK.

In addition we are a participant of Praxity AISBL, an international alliance of independent accounting firms across 72 countries which gives our clients access to the expertise of an alliance of dynamic international, national and regional firms, opening a new horizon for accounting services across the globe.

We believe that this mixture of local expertise and national coverage supports our progressive approach whilst not losing sight of our core values and services.
